Social scheduling,
built around the way
freelancers actually work.
Stacked Scheduler helps marketing freelancers plan content, manage multiple clients, collect approvals and publish to Facebook and Instagram from one clean admin portal. Available now as a customisable one-time setup.
The problem
You're a freelancer.
Not a marketing team.
Paying for seats you don't use
Most scheduling tools are built for agencies with ten people. You are not an agency with ten people. You're paying for infrastructure you'll never touch.
Premium features behind expensive plans
Client account switching, approval workflows, post management. These are basic freelancer needs, not enterprise upgrades. The pricing doesn't reflect that.
Client approvals are a mess
WhatsApp threads. Email chains. Google Docs comments. There is no clean way to get a client to approve a post without something falling through the cracks.
What it does today
Honest about what it is.
Built for what you need.
Stacked Scheduler is a working product. Here is exactly what it does right now.
Visual content calendar
See your entire content plan laid out by date. Drag, reschedule and manage everything in one view.
Multiple client accounts
Switch between clients without logging out, switching tools or losing context. One portal for all of them.
Client approval flow
Every post goes through a proper approval step. Your client gets an email, reviews the post, and approves or requests changes. No more WhatsApp threads.
One admin portal
Everything in one place. Clients, posts, approvals, archives. No tab-switching between different tools for different clients.
Facebook and Instagram publishing
Schedule and publish directly to Facebook and Instagram. LinkedIn is coming, but these two work right now.
Unlimited users and usage
Add team members or VA support without hitting seat limits. Manage as many posts as you need. No caps.
Email approval notifications
When you submit a post for approval, your client gets an email. When they approve or decline, you get one back. Simple and clean.
Post archive and status management
Track every post across every client. Draft, pending, approved, published, archived. Always know where everything stands.
How it works
Four steps.
No faff.
Plan posts on the visual calendar
Build your content plan in a calendar view. See what's going out, when, and for which client at a glance.
Manage each client separately
Keep every client's content, accounts and approvals completely separate. Switch between them without friction.
Send posts for client approval
Submit a post and your client gets an email to review it. They approve or request changes. You get notified either way.
Publish to Facebook and Instagram
Once approved, schedule the post to go out automatically to Facebook and Instagram. Done.
How to get it
One-time cost.
No subscription. No nonsense.
Pricing is discussed directly because every freelancer's workflow is different. There are two ways to get Stacked Scheduler.
Customised for your workflow
I set up Stacked Scheduler around the way you work. Your clients, your approval process, your preferences. You get a working tool configured for your business, not a generic template to figure out yourself.
- Full setup tailored to your workflow
- Your clients configured from day one
- Approval process built around you
- Onboarding and walkthrough included
- Ongoing support as a test client
Build on it yourself
I provide the core project files, full documentation and everything you need to understand, edit and deploy Stacked Scheduler yourself. Good for developers or technical freelancers who want full control.
- Full project source files
- Project documentation
- Setup and deployment guide
- Guidance on customisation
- You own and control it completely
Pricing is not listed because every setup is different. Message me on LinkedIn and we can talk through what makes sense for your situation.
What's coming
Honest about
where it's going.
Stacked Scheduler is being built with real freelancers. These are the things being worked on. No fixed dates, because real software takes time.
LinkedIn publishing
LinkedIn is the next platform to be added. Being worked on now.
Analytics module
Being planned as either a built-in addition to Scheduler or a standalone product, depending on what test clients actually need.
Improvements from real workflow feedback
Test clients are actively using this. What they ask for shapes what gets built next.
Built by a freelancer
I got tired of paying
for tools that didn't fit.
I'm Darren. I spent years working as a marketing freelancer managing social content for multiple clients at once. I used scheduling tools built for agencies, paid for features I didn't need, and bodged together approval processes from WhatsApp and email.
Then I started using AI to build what I actually needed. Stacked Scheduler came out of that. It's not a polished mass-market product yet. It's a working tool that I'm refining with test clients, and I'm making it available while that process happens.
If you're a marketing freelancer managing client social accounts and you want to be part of this early, message me on LinkedIn.
